Daniel is the Managing Director of Pattison Hardman, bringing drive, enthusiasm and a focus on excellence to the management of Pattison Hardman.
Daniel has firsthand experience of the workings of costs issues facing the legal fraternity beginning his career at a well-respected Commercial Debt Recovery Law firm with offices in both Sydney and Adelaide. From an early age Daniel acted for many national and international clients in the provision of debt recovery and legal services. Daniel was also the first port of call for many of the top 5 law firms on the provision of debt recovery services to their greater client base and to their executive partners.
Alongside his former managing partner, Daniel was subsequently asked to establish an incorporated legal practice for one of Australia’s largest consumer collections and debt purchase companies.
Daniel’s strengths are in the management of all aspects of legal practices and related businesses to ensure the provision of a quality service to clients. Daniel’s role ensures that clients have an executive who is focused on their business and service needs in addition to their legal needs. Daniel is also the Managing Director of the CCSG group of companies, bringing vast experience in both commercial and consumer recoveries, as well as commercial and insolvency litigation. Daniel acts for many leading law firms throughout Australia enforcing orders and costs determinations.
Daniel also works with blue chip clients to provide directional advice in the provision of legal and debt recovery services. In addition, Daniel is a regular presenter to both the credit and insolvency sectors on an extensive range of topics. Daniel is currently the National Vice President of the Institute of Mercantile Agents and the Chair of the Collections Subcommittee.
