Kate Chan

Costs Consultant

Kate graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelors of Law/Psychology.

Having started out her legal career in 2015, Kate has specialised in the areas of costs law and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Pattison Hardman, Kate worked in firms in different practice areas including banking and finance law, personal injury, family and immigration law.

Kate is committed to maximising costs recovery for successful parties and minimising costs liability for unsuccessful parties.  Kate acts for ASX listed companies, insurance companies, boutique firms, national, mid-tier and international law firms on approaches to minimise costs leakage and maximise legal costs recovery.
