Adam was admitted as a legal practitioner in 1995. He has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation in the public and private sectors.
He previously worked as manager of legal costs for the Victorian Transport Accident Commission, criminal registrar of the Victorian Court of Appeal, director of prosecutions and compliance at the Department of Environment and Primary Industries and as the principal of his own legal practice for 12 years.
